Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WenRug platform, including the website located at wenrug.app, all associated web pages, and the WenRug Telegram bot (@WenRuggBot) (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Arqive Solutions, a sole trader (ZZP) registered in the Netherlands ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, accessing the Service, or using the Telegram bot, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. By registering for an account or otherwise using the Service, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

To use WenRug you must: • Be at least 18 years of age. WenRug is strictly an 18+ service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. • Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law, including any financial services regulations in your country of residence. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where we have reason to believe the age requirement has not been met.

WenRug is a Solana blockchain token analysis tool. The Service retrieves publicly available on-chain data from the Solana blockchain via third-party APIs and processes this data using artificial intelligence to generate risk assessments, wallet analyses, and narrative scores for Solana-based tokens ("Scan Results"). The Service currently provides the following features depending on your subscription tier: • On-chain token health metrics (mint authority, freeze authority, liquidity status, developer holdings) • Bundle detection and holder concentration analysis • Wallet intelligence reports (wallet age, funding source, activity breadth) • Trade velocity and buy/sell ratio data • AI-generated risk scores and verdicts • Narrative and hype potential scoring • Access via the WenRug Telegram bot (@WenRuggBot) We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time without prior notice.

Subscription Tiers — WenRug offers three tiers of access: • Free — limited scans per month, no payment required • Degen — EUR 9.99 per month, expanded scan quota and features • Alpha — EUR 24.99 per month, unlimited scans and all features Prices may be displayed in EUR or USD depending on your location. All prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT where required by law. Billing and Renewal — Paid subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis via Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date. No Refund Policy — All payments are non-refundable. By completing checkout, you expressly request immediate service delivery and waive your right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Cancellation — You may cancel at any time via the account management section or by contacting arqive.solutions.app@gmail.com. You retain access until the end of the current billing period. Scan Credits — Monthly scan quotas reset on the first of each calendar month. Unused credits do not roll over.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not: • Use the Service to facilitate fraudulent or manipulative trading activity, including pump-and-dump schemes • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers beyond the intended Telegram bot interface • Share, sell, or redistribute Scan Results in bulk without prior written consent • Attempt to circumvent access controls, rate limits, or authentication mechanisms • Use the Service in violation of applicable laws in the Netherlands, the EU, or your jurisdiction • Impersonate any person or entity We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we believe you have violated these provisions.

All content, software, design, algorithms, AI models, trade names, logos, and other materials comprising the Service are the property of Arqive Solutions or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. The WenRug name, logo, and associated branding are trade names of Arqive Solutions.

The Service relies on data from third-party providers including Helius (Solana blockchain data), Anthropic (AI processing), Stripe (payment processing), and Supabase (infrastructure). We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data retrieved from third-party sources. Blockchain data is publicly available and we do not verify or endorse any information returned by third-party APIs. Your use of Stripe’s payment services is subject to Stripe’s own terms of service and privacy policy.

Service Provided As-Is — The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. No Guarantee of Accuracy — Scan Results, risk scores, and AI verdicts are generated algorithmically and may contain errors. Tokens that score as low risk may still be fraudulent or result in financial loss. Limitation of Liability — To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arqive Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Service, including financial losses from trading decisions, loss of data, service interruptions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated verdicts. Where liability cannot be excluded under Dutch or EU law, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may also have rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or via a notice in the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
